About us.

Founded in 2022 by Theo Aronson and Max Ochester, two friends who bonded over their passion for Philadelphia’s music history and the growing local music economy. The two met in fall 2020 while working together on the historic designation of Sigma Sound Studios’ original location in Chinatown. Current priority initiatives include the restoration of Sigma Sound Studios and establishing Philadelphia’s first official Music Office within city government.
